Enquiry form with Formspree
When you submit the form, your browser sends your details directly to Formspree, Inc. These include your event type, preferred date, guest count, name and email address, as well as any optional budget, company, phone and message details. Formspree also receives technical connection data, such as your IP address. The data is sent to process your enquiry and is transmitted only when you submit the form. You can also contact us directly by email or phone.
Processing and storing enquiries
Details are received through the Formspree form configured by the operator to process your event enquiry. This website does not transfer enquiries through Make or connect directly to Pipedrive. Formspree describes its processing and international data transfers in the privacy policy linked below. The operator still needs to complete the specific contractual basis, retention periods and controller details.
Hosting and protection against misuse
The website is hosted by Vercel. The enquiry form uses a hidden spam protection field and Formspree's protection measures. It does not use its own Redis storage. The providers actually commissioned, server logging, retention periods and possible transfers to third countries are to be documented before publication. The function region alone does not demonstrate exclusively European data processing.
Fonts and local preferences
Fonts, images and the initial location map are loaded from this website. No request is made to Google Fonts. Your explicitly chosen motion and analytics preferences are saved locally in your browser. The hero sequence remembers within a session whether it has already been shown.
Optional analytics
No external analytics service is currently connected. Enquiry process events are provided only with your consent. Names, email addresses and messages are not included in analytics events. You can change your choice at any time through the privacy settings in the footer. Connecting a provider later requires updated information and approval.
Interactive map
The initial location map is displayed locally. Your browser connects to OpenStreetMap only when you activate the interactive map. This transmits information including your IP address to the map provider. Closing the map removes the embedded content.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The confirmed controller contact is to be added before publication.
