Enquire about both venuesHafenlocation is on the fifth floor at Van-der-Smissen-Straße 1; the outdoor venue is at Große Elbstraße 147. Hafenlocation’s lower deck has step-free access via two passenger lifts; the upper deck is only accessible by stairs. There is no accessible toilet there. We discuss specific access needs and routes between the venues in advance.

No. Moving indoors requires suitable rooms to be included in your booking, available on your date and appropriate for your guest numbers and event format. Weather planning, cover and possible alternatives are agreed in advance.
Guest numbers are assessed separately for each part of the programme. The two venues’ capacities are not simply added together: seating, setup, simultaneous use and the size of the group moving between venues determine what works.
